Overview
Matelo is currently a pre-launch website for an Early Access program focused on Pickleball in Austin, Texas. The website exists to explain the Matelo concept, collect voluntary Early Access registrations, understand demand, and communicate with people who choose to receive launch information.
Information visitors provide
When someone joins the Matelo Early Access list, Matelo may collect the information they choose to provide through the signup form: first name, email address, ZIP Code, Pickleball skill level, and marketing or launch communication consent where applicable. The specific information collected depends on the fields shown in the form at the time of submission.
Matelo uses this information to manage the Early Access list, understand geographic demand, understand the skill-level composition of the initial community, communicate about the launch and Early Access where permitted, and improve and validate the Matelo concept.
Website and analytics data
When visitors use the website, technical information may be processed where applicable. This can include device and browser information, pages visited, interactions with the website, approximate location derived from technical data, referral or source information, and other standard website analytics information. Matelo does not state that every category is collected on every visit.
Current service providers
Framer. Matelo currently uses Framer for website hosting, forms, and website analytics.
Google Sheets / Google services. Matelo currently uses Google Sheets and related Google services for storing and managing Early Access signup information.

The website may use cookies or similar technologies where needed for website functionality and analytics. Matelo does not state that it uses advertising cookies unless such technologies are actually implemented. Visitors can usually manage cookie settings through their browser or device controls.
